Evaluating Coreledgerpay as a bank, credit union, or fintech client rather than as an investor? See our Design Partner overview instead - it's written for you.

Coreledgerpay — Investor Data Room

This folder is an honest technical and business snapshot of Coreledgerpay, prepared for fundraising conversations. It is written to survive real diligence: every claim here is either verifiable in this repository/live system, or explicitly labeled as a projection, plan, or open gap.

One-sentence positioning: Coreledgerpay is a white-label, B2B2C banking platform — a complete, security-audited neobank application (mobile app, Go microservice backend, and staff operations console) that banks, credit unions, and fintechs license to launch their own modern digital banking product, instead of building one from scratch. Coreledgerpay itself no longer sells a checking account to consumers; a fully operational flagship instance of the platform (its ACH linking/transfers, outgoing wire transfers, and identity verification now run against real vendor sandbox APIs - Dwolla, Increase, and Persona - and its outgoing-wire sanctions screening now runs against a real, production government screening API, with card issuing the one piece still simulated) is kept live as the reference implementation and sales demo for prospective bank clients.

The single most important fact for any fintech investor

Coreledgerpay is a software vendor to regulated financial institutions, not itself a bank or money transmitter. Each bank/credit union/fintech client brings its own charter (or sponsor-bank/BaaS relationship), its own KYC/AML program, and its own card-issuing and money-movement rails — Coreledgerpay licenses the application layer that sits on top of those. The flagship instance used for demos today runs its ACH linking/transfers against a real Dwolla sandbox integration, its outgoing wire transfers against a real Increase sandbox integration, its identity verification against a real Persona sandbox integration (real vendor API calls, real webhook-driven decisions - see docs/dwolla-ach-integration.md/docs/increase-wire-integration.md/docs/persona-kyc-integration.md), and its outgoing-wire sanctions screening against the U.S. Commerce Department's real, production Consolidated Screening List API (a real TradeGovSanctionsScreeningProvider implementation, with a real subscription key configured - see docs/trade-gov-sanctions-screening-integration.md), while card issuing remains fully simulated (no FDIC- insured deposit, no real card network behind it; a real, working StripeIssuingProvider implementation exists but isn't enabled on the flagship - see docs/stripe-issuing-integration.md). None of this is a production money-movement or production identity-verification setup — that requires each client's own production vendor account and, for ACH, a real verified business bank account as the master funding source. What this raise funds is signing and onboarding the first 1–3 real clients on dedicated, single-tenant deployments — the same architecture the flagship already runs, so this requires near-zero new platform engineering — each connecting their own production rails and vendor accounts on their own side of the integration. Coreledgerpay does not operate, and does not plan to operate, shared infrastructure across clients — every client gets its own fully isolated deployment, permanently, by design, not as a temporary stepping stone to a shared multi-tenant platform. See Roadmap to Launch for the concrete plan.
